Her journey from reserved business reporter, BBC TV anchor, visiting professor at INSEAD Business School, and acclaimed author has given her a wealth of solutions for communication challenges faced by introverted leaders in a virtual or hybrid world.
The Business Book Awards ranked Jacqui’s bestseller, ‘Executive Presentations,’ as an outstanding book. The book explains Jacqui’s Positive Presence Model, which she developed over 20 years of working with clients such as the UK Government and FTI Consulting.
